Welcome to Radian Form's Refund and Return Policy. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, our policy provides you with clear steps to make your return as simple as possible.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including how to send your items back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help. Contact us immediately for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. We may ask for images of the damage or defect to process your claim efficiently.
To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
